The Angel Pillow was designed by Dr. Mark Yezak, BS, DC, founder of Houston Spine & Rehabilitation Centers, out of 30 years of treating cervical spine patients. It was built for the problem clinicians see every week: a patient does well in the office and then loses that progress overnight on the wrong pillow.
If you want to keep pillows on hand for your practice — to dispense at discharge, to sell through a retail shelf, or simply to have one in each treatment room — write to us and we will set you up directly.
Practitioner and clinic orders
We work with chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, orthopedic and pain-management practices, and sleep clinics. We handle these orders by email rather than through the website checkout, so that we can confirm your lead time and quantity before you commit to anything.
Email support@theangelpillow.com with the subject line Clinic order and include:
- Your practice name and the name of the practitioner or buyer we should work with
- How many pillows you are looking for, and roughly how often you expect to reorder
- Your shipping ZIP code and the date you need them by
- Whether you need a formal quote or purchase order, and whether you are tax-exempt (send your exemption certificate and we will apply it before invoicing)
We respond within 1–2 business days. Volume pricing is quoted case by case and starts at ten units.
Stock and lead times — read this before you order
We are a small operation and we would rather tell you the truth than take an order we cannot fill. On-hand inventory is limited and moves with retail demand. Orders that we can fill from stock ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in a further 2–7 business days by standard U.S. ground. Orders larger than current stock are filled from the next production run, and we will tell you that lead time in writing before you pay — not after.
If a date matters to you, say so in your first email and we will confirm it or tell you we cannot meet it.

What we will and will not claim
The Angel Pillow is a comfort and positioning product. We do not provide billing or reimbursement codes and we do not represent it as a reimbursable item. If you recommend it to a patient, please recommend it on the same footing we sell it on: as a well-made cervical support pillow. It is designed for adults and older teens; it is not suitable for children under 12, and no pillow should be used by an infant under 12 months.
Every unit carries the same 60-night trial that retail customers get. On U.S. orders a trial return costs the customer nothing — we refund the pillow and the outbound shipping paid, and the return label is prepaid. Return shipping on international orders is the customer's responsibility.
