The Pillow
What makes the Angel Pillow different?
The Angel Pillow was designed by Dr. Mark Yezak, BS, DC — founder of Houston Spine & Rehabilitation Centers — drawing on 30 years of patient care. It's built from visco-elastic memory foam at 50 kg/m³ (3.1 lb/ft³) density with an ILD of 7, measures 16" wide × 34" long with a 4.75" loft, and has a removable, machine-washable cover of 56.5% polyester and 43.5% polyethylene circular knit, made in North America.
Who is it for?
The pillow is designed for side and back sleepers seeking better neck support and spinal alignment. There is one size, 16" × 34". It needs a king pillowcase (20" × 36") — it is longer than a standard or queen case. It is not designed for stomach sleepers — a 4.75" loft holds the neck in extension in that position. If you mostly sleep face-down, this is not the right pillow for you.
Is there an age limit?
The Angel Pillow is designed for adults and older teens. It is not suitable for children under 12, and no pillow should be used by an infant under 12 months.
I recently had neck surgery or an injury. Can I use it?
If you've had recent neck surgery, an injury, or an ongoing medical condition, please check with your doctor or physical therapist before changing your pillow.
How do I care for my pillow?
The outer cover is removable and machine-washable. Do not machine-wash or machine-dry the memory foam core — spot-clean the core with mild detergent and let it air dry.
Ordering & Shipping
How much is shipping, and when will my pillow arrive?
Standard U.S. shipping is $30 (2–7 business days after 1–2 days of processing), Express is $50 if you need it faster, and standard shipping is free on orders of $170 or more — so an order of two or more pillows ships free. The $170 threshold is measured on your order total after any discount code is applied. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your pillow ships. We also ship internationally at carrier rates shown at checkout.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. At checkout you can also use Shop Pay, including the option to split your purchase into four interest-free installments.
The 60-Night Trial
How does the 60-night risk-free trial work?
Sleep on your Angel Pillow for up to 60 nights, starting the day it's delivered. If you're not sleeping better, email us and we'll refund your purchase once the pillow is back with us. For U.S. orders, we send a prepaid return label and also refund the original outbound shipping charge you paid, if any — so a trial return costs you nothing. For international orders, the refund and the outbound shipping refund apply too, but return shipping back to us is at your cost and customs duties are not refundable by us. Can a gift recipient return or exchange the pillow?
Yes. Whoever received the pillow can email us with the order number (or the purchaser's name and email) and we'll arrange the return or exchange directly with them.
